We offer a full refund on any of our products so long as it is returned within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition you received it and undamaged in any way.

Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer unless in the event of the product arriving having being damaged, faulty or incorrect item dispatched. If product purchased locally the customer can always drop the item off at the shop at 22 uppekirkgate during normal opening hours.
